to the last dance

Rehearsal dinners

An evening for the people closest to you, the night before.

Receptions

Plated dinners, stations or designed buffets for every guest.

Micro weddings

A short guest list, one long table and a menu made for it.

Welcome & farewell gatherings

The first toast of the weekend and the last brunch before everyone heads home.

We plan the menu with you, design the tables and run the bar, so the day tastes and feels like yours, from Miami and Coral Gables to Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach and the Keys.

Micro weddings

A smaller guest list,
every detail considered.

When everyone you love fits around one table, the food becomes the heart of the evening. We build the menu around your story, from a grazing table for the cocktail hour to passed bites, signature drinks and a chef-carved dinner.

Our team handles the service from start to finish, so the two of you can stay with your guests all night.
